we arrived nearby the Gargano promontory, and first stop was at Lesina
here a small town, with an abandoned and decadent aspect, sits at the shore of a lagoon.
the lake is beautiful and with many fishing nets and activities, that were quite fascinating, but we left soon to the Gargano!
First stop was at Rodi Garganico, a fascinating town facing the sea. its steep streets were calling, but finiding a parking proved to be a difficult task, so we stopped by the sea near the railroad
looking for a place to eat, but without success (plenty of restaurants that all looked closed)
so we left, and with breathtaking views along the way
we finally reached Peschici
where we could eat passably
and visited a bit afterwards
it was then the turn of Vieste, another great and charming town by the sea
Finally we inerpicated up the mountains
to reach Monte Sant'Angelo.
